About Leonida State

A whitelisted roleplay community for Grand Theft Auto VI on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, for players who want their stories to last longer than one night.

Why we started

Serious roleplay has mostly lived on PC. Console players who wanted structured departments, believable crime and consequences that lasted had very few places to go.

Leonida State is built for them. We use the parts of PC roleplay that work: whitelisting, training, a written rulebook and separate staff teams. We left out the parts that push players away, like gatekeeping and rules that bend for the right friends.

Who it’s for

Roleplayers coming from PC

You’ll find the structure you’re used to, on the platform you play now.

Console players new to roleplay

Orientation and department academies teach you everything. Experience isn’t required, only effort.

People who like long stories

Businesses grow, court cases take weeks, and the choices your character makes follow them around.

What we expect

Every member is 17 or older, has a working microphone, and has read the rules. Beyond that, we ask for three things:

  • Play for the scene, not the win. The best stories come from losing well.
  • Keep in-character and out-of-character separate. Arguments between characters stay in the game.
  • Treat people with respect. We remove people who harass others, however good their roleplay is.
