What we collect

This website collects information only when you send a whitelist application. The application asks for your Discord username, age, platform, time zone, roleplay experience, answers to scenario questions, and details about your character.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. While you fill in an application, your answers are saved in your own browser so you don’t lose them. That draft never leaves your device until you press send, and it is cleared once your application is sent.

How we use it

Applications are delivered to a private staff channel in our Discord server. Staff use them only to decide whether to approve you and to contact you about the decision.

Who can see it

Only staff responsible for reviewing applications. We never sell or share your information. This site is hosted by Vercel and applications pass through Discord, which handle data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept while you are a member, or for up to 12 months after a decision if you were not approved, so staff can see your history if you apply again.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your application at any time.
