How the server is run

Staff work out of character to keep Leonida fair and running. Five teams each look after one part of the community and report to Administration.

Getting help from staff

Everything goes through tickets in the Discord. That keeps a record, makes sure the right team sees it, and means nobody has to chase a staff member in private messages.

  • Reporting a rule break: open a report ticket within 48 hours, with the rule code and a clip if you have one.
  • Appealing a penalty: open an appeal ticket after 14 days. Someone who wasn’t involved in the original decision will review it.
  • Anything else: open a support ticket and the right team will pick it up.

Staff don’t give in-character advantages to friends, and staff who break rules face the same penalties as everyone else.

Joining the staff team

Staff applications open to members who have been with us for at least 30 days and have no active penalties. Openings are posted in the Discord with the team, the role, and what it involves each week.

New staff start on a trial period with a team lead before they get full permissions.
